And for that quality species appropriate food needs to be fed – that is food that is predominantly meat, that is what is suitable for carnivores. And then digestion needs to be good to avoid problems like IBS and leaky gut syndrome (leading to inflammation and all the problems related to that), but also for the nutrients in the food to be fully absorbed.
